How to regenerate an invoice
Learn how you can regenerate an invoice.
You may need to regenerate an invoice after some changes/edits were made to:
- the customer's name
- the customer's email
- your business' name
- your business' email
- your invoice bank details
- or any other invoice changes/edits
Invoices are not automatically regenerated after changes are made, and they are not automatically emailed to the customer.
After you've edited your invoice details in the Store Settings or in the invoice settings by per page and/or edited your customer's details within their payment reports, you will need to regenerate the invoice and manually send it to them.
Re-generate an invoice by the following steps:
- Navigate to Orders on the left-side menu
- Select the section Payment, Subscription or Event booking
- Select the payment/subscription/event booking in question
In this example, the customer Sarah Smith has misspelled her name and would like an updated invoice with the name fixed.
