How to set ticket availability statuses including on sale, sold out, and unavailable states

What is ticket availability status?

A ticket type has three possible statuses: on sale (available for purchase), sold out (capacity reached), or unavailable (outside of sales window). Customers can only purchase on-sale tickets.

How to set ticket availability status

When creating a new ticket, select the availability status during setup.

To change it after creation:

  1. Go to Pages and open the event page.
  2. Click Ticket types from the left-side menu.
  3. Click the ticket you want to edit.
  4. Select a status from the Availability dropdown.
