How to select currency formatting options based on location and customer locale

What is currency formatting?

Currency formatting controls how prices display on your checkout pages. Configure the symbol ($ or €), decimal places, and spacing to match local conventions.

How to set currency formatting

  1. Go to Pages and open the page you want to edit.
  2. Go to Design → Currency formatting.
  3. Select a format from the dropdown.
  4. Click Save.

We recommend selecting the format that matches the country you are selling in.
