What is ticket scheduling?
Schedule ticket sales start and end times to control when customers can purchase event tickets. This manages ticket availability across different time periods or waves of sales.
Scheduling options
When adding or editing a ticket, select an option from Available from:
Now until event starts — on sale immediately, ends at the event start time.
Always — on sale indefinitely with no end date.
Date & time — on sale during a specific start and end date and time.
When another ticket sale ends — goes on sale when a specified ticket's sale period ends. That ticket's end date becomes this ticket's start date.
When another ticket sells out — goes on sale when a specified ticket sells out. There is no fixed start date.
When another ticket sells out or sale ends — goes on sale when a specified ticket either sells out or its sale period ends, whichever happens first. The start date is set automatically and cannot be changed. The end date defaults to the event start date but can be edited.
