How to configure email notification preferences for account activity

What are email notification settings?

Email notification settings let you control which emails you receive from Checkout Page. Configure alerts for customer payments, subscription changes, payouts, and account updates.

How to manage email notifications

  1. Click your business name in the bottom left of the dashboard and select Account.
  2. Go to the Emails tab.
  3. Enable or disable the following:
    • New payments — receive an email each time a customer makes a payment.
    • Weekly sales reports — receive a weekly breakdown of your sales.
    • New features and updates — receive product news and updates from Checkout Page.
  4. Click Save.
