How to permanently delete an account and what happens to associated data
What happens when you delete your account?
Deleting your account permanently removes all your pages, customer data, and payment history. This cannot be undone.
How to delete your account
- First, delete or transfer ownership of all your stores in each store's settings.
- Click your business name in the bottom left of the dashboard and select Account.
- Go to the Profile tab.
- Scroll down to Delete account.
- Click Delete your account and confirm.
