How to cancel a subscription
In this help article, we'll show you how to cancel your customers' subscriptions.
You can cancel your customers' subscriptions anytime. Your customers won't be charged on their next billing period.
Cancel a customer's subscription
To cancel your customer's subscription, please follow the steps below:
- Click on Orders from the left-side menu
- Select Subscriptions from the expanded Orders menu
- Select the subscription in question

4. You'll be taken to the customer's subscription overview
5. Click View in Stripe from the right-side menu

6. You'll be taken to the subscription overview in your Stripe account
7. Click Actions from the top-right corner
8. Select Cancel now

9. A pop-up will appear where you can choose to end the customer's subscription immediately, at the end of their current period, or on a date of your choice.
10. Click Cancel subscription

Cancelled subscription status
When cancelled, the cancelled subscription will now be stated in your reports as Cancelled.
