How to translate your confirmation message and email

In this help article, we’ll cover how you can translate your confirmation message and email.

You can can translate the confirmation message and email that your customers receive when they check out or submit a form.

The default confirmation message and email contents are in English, but they can be changed to your own contents in the After payment features under Custom message and Custom email, which you can input in a language of your choosing.

Shown and sent to customers after successful checkout/submission, the text in this message and email can be customized or manually translated into any language.

Translating custom confirmation messages

To translate the confirmation message displayed after a checkout, simply follow these steps:

  1. Click After payments from the top menu
  2. Click Confirmation from the left-side menu
  3. Click Custom message
  4. Enter your desired confirmation message here in the language of your choosing!

To translate the confirmation email displayed after a checkout, simply follow these steps:

  2. Click Email Confirmation from the left-side menu
  3. Click Custom email
