How to transfer account ownership and permissions to another user

What is an account transfer?

Transfer your account changes ownership to another user and adjusts permissions accordingly. The new owner gains full account access including billing and team management.

How do I change account ownership?

Transfer ownership by changing the name and email address on your profile.

  1. Click your business name in the bottom left of the dashboard and select Account.
  2. Go to the Profile tab.
  3. Enter the new owner's name and email address.
  4. Click Save.
