Bulk discounts

What are bulk discounts?

Set up bulk discounts to offer tiered pricing based on order quantity. Customers who buy more receive a better price, encouraging larger purchases.

How to add a discount rule

1. Go to Pages and open the page you want to edit.
2. Click Bulk discounts from the left-side menu.
3. Click + Add discount rule.
4. Select Checkout quantity or Per variant option.
5. Enter the following:
   • Min. quantity — the quantity from which the discount is applied.
   • Max. quantity — the quantity until which the discount is applied.
   • Discount — a percentage or fixed amount.
6. Click Save.

Checkout quantity applies the discount based on the checkout quantity field. You must add a Quantity field under Checkout → Checkout fields → Add custom field for this to work.

Per variant option applies the discount to a specific variant option based on the quantity of that option selected.

Multiple discount rules

You can add multiple rules for different quantity ranges. The rule with the highest matching minimum quantity is applied.

Example:

• 10% discount when ordering 3–10 items
• 20% discount when ordering 11+ items

A customer ordering 12 items receives 20%.
