Email delivery tracking

This help article will show how to track the emails that were sent to your customers.

You can check if emails were sent for each purchase, subscription, and submission, in a new tab.
This tab shows both confirmation emails that were sent to the customer as well as notification emails that were sent to the merchant.

You can resend both confirmation and notification emails in case the email wasn’t delivered or if you or the customer are unable to find it.

Please note that we started tracking emails starting from December 17, 2024. Older purchases, subscriptions, and submissions may not have email logs.

View email log overview

  1. Click on Payments, Subscriptions, or Submissions from the left-side menu
  2. Select the customer in question

3. Select the Emails tab. Here, you can see:

  • The customer recipient of the confirmation email
  • Your own email as the merchant recipient of the notification email
  • The type of the email: whether it is a notification or confirmation
  • The status of the email: delivered, pending, or bounced
  • If the email was delivered, you will see:
    The date and time that it was delivered
    The date and time that the customer has opened it
  • If the email bounced, you will see "not yet delivered" and "unopened"

In this tab, you can also:

  • See the email itself by clicking View email
  • Resend the confirmation email to the customer
  • Resent the notification email to yourself

Email statuses

The following are the possible statuses that your email can have:

  • Created: Email has been created and will be passed on to our email service provider shortly
  • Processing: Email has been passed on to our email service provider and will be sent shortly
  • Delivered: Email has been delivered
  • Bounced: Email was not delivered because it bounced
  • Failed: Email was not delivered because of another reason

View email

You can view the confirmation and notification emails that were sent, pending, or bounced by clicking View email.

A pop-up showing the email contents will appear. The email will be shown as what was sent at a specific date and time.

Resend emails

You can resend the emails if they are pending or bounced. You can also resend the emails if you haven't received the notification email, or your customer has reported not receiving the confirmation email.

Resend confirmation emails

You can resend the confirmation email to the customer if the email is pending, bounced, or the customer has reported not receiving it.

  1. Click Resend confirmation

2. A pop-up confirmation message will appear. Click send.

Resend notification emails

You can resend the notification email to yourself if the email is pending, bounced, or if you have not received it.

  1. Click Resend notification

2. A pop-up confirmation message will appear. Click send.

Notification emails for team members

If there are multiple recipients of the notification email, the email will be sent to all of them. The email overview will also show all the recipients of this email.
