How to track confirmation and notification emails sent to customers
What are email logs?
Email delivery tracking shows the status of confirmation and notification emails sent by your checkouts. You can view whether each email was delivered, bounced, opened, or clicked.
How to view email logs
- Go to Orders and select Payments, Subscriptions, or Event bookings.
- Select the order in question.
- Click the Emails tab.
Each log entry shows the recipient, email type (confirmation or notification), status, delivery date and time, and whether the email has been opened.
Click View email to see the full email content. Invoice attachments can be downloaded from the email preview.
Email statuses
- Created — email has been created and will be sent shortly.
- Processing — email has been passed to the email service provider.
- Delivered — email has been delivered.
- Bounced — email was not delivered because it bounced.
- Failed — email was not delivered for another reason.
How to resend an email
- From the Emails tab, click Resend confirmation or Resend notification.
- Confirm by clicking Send in the pop-up.
Notification emails are resent to all recipients if multiple team members are listed.
