Bulk discounts for event tickets

How to set up bulk discounts that reduce ticket prices when customers purchase multiple tickets

What are bulk discounts?

A bulk discount applies automatically when a customer purchases multiple tickets at once. Set a minimum quantity and discount percentage to encourage larger purchases.

How to add a discount rule

  1. Go to Pages and open the event page you want to edit.
  2. Click Bulk discounts from the left-side menu.
  3. Click + Add discount rule.
  4. Select All tickets or Per ticket type.
  5. Enter the following:
    • Min. quantity — the quantity from which the discount is applied.
    • Max. quantity — the quantity until which the discount is applied.
    • Discount — a percentage or fixed amount.
  6. Click Save.

All tickets applies the discount based on the total number of tickets ordered.

Per ticket type applies the discount only to the selected ticket type(s) based on the quantity of that type ordered.

Multiple discount rules

You can add multiple rules for different quantity ranges. The rule with the highest matching minimum quantity is applied.

Example:
• 10% discount when ordering 3–10 tickets
• 20% discount when ordering 11+ tickets
A customer ordering 12 tickets receives 20%.
