Let customers cover processing fees

Add an option at checkout that lets customers cover the payment processing fees.

• Set a percentage, a fixed amount, or both
• Shows as its own line on orders, confirmation emails, and invoices
• Carries over to future payments on subscriptions and payment plans

To start, open a checkout page or event and go to Checkout, then Cover processing fees.
