Add booking fees to event tickets | Product updates

You can now add a fixed booking fee to each ticket type on your event. The fee is charged once for every ticket sold.

Choose how the fee appears on your event page:

Included in price shows the ticket price and booking fee as one amount, with a note underneath.
Shown separately shows the ticket price with the booking fee listed under it.

Use Included in price to show the full ticket price upfront (this is required in some countries).

Coupons can discount booking fees if enabled, while bulk discounts only reduce the ticket price.

After a sale, booking fees show on the booking overview, as their own lines on invoices, in confirmation emails, and in exports, the API and Zapier.

To set up booking fees, open an event, go to Event > Ticket types, and enter an amount under Booking fee.
