Quantity selector for subscriptions

Customers can now select a quantity of a subscription price!

This makes selling multiple licenses or seats in one go easy.

1. Create a subscription or payment plan checkout.
2. Add a subscription price.
3. Add a quantity selector:
   • Go to “checkout” > “fields”.
   • Add a quantity selector.
   • Click "save".
