The free plan, the 7-day trial, paid plans, sales limits, overage fees, and Stripe processing fees
Your free trial
Every account starts with a free 7-day trial of Grow, with every feature unlocked. No card required.
You can process up to $3,000 in sales during the trial. If you reach that limit, your checkout, event, and form pages pause until you subscribe to a paid plan.
When the trial ends, you can subscribe to a paid plan or keep going on the free plan. You never lose your pages.

The free plan includes unlimited checkout, event, and form pages, every pricing model, and all payment methods. Checkout Page branding stays on your pages, emails, and customer portal.
Paid plans
Paid plans are for businesses running their store on Checkout Page day to day. Every paid plan removes Checkout Page branding, lets you invite your team, and adds tools like tracking pixels, bulk discounts, custom fees, and custom CSS.
Which one you need depends on how much you sell and which features you need. Your sales limit goes up with each plan, and the higher plans add a custom domain, custom email domain, one-click upsells, cart abandonment recovery, manual payments, and premium support.
Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly, and yearly plans get 2 months free.

What happens when sales exceed limits?
This works differently on the free plan than on a paid plan.
On the free plan
Your checkout, event, and form pages pause once you pass $3,000 in a 30-day period. They reopen when the period resets, or immediately when you upgrade.
Your 30-day period runs from the date you joined the free plan, and your sales total resets to $0 at each reset. You keep full access to your dashboard the whole time, and existing subscriptions keep renewing.
On a paid plan
We never stop you from taking payments, and you are not automatically upgraded. Instead, an overage fee applies.
Your sales limit resets each billing cycle and is based on your subscription date. For example, if you subscribed on the 20th, your limit runs from the 20th of one month to the 20th of the next.
We'll always email you if any overage fees are charged or if there are changes to your subscription.
What are Launch and Grow overage fees?
The overage fee is calculated as the difference between your current plan's monthly price and the next plan's monthly price.
Example: If you're on Launch ($29/month) and process $5,000 (above the $3,000 limit), you'll be charged the difference between Launch and Grow:
$99 - $29 = $70
What are Scale overage fees?
Scale overage fees are charged in brackets. Each time your sales pass a bracket, that bracket's fee is added to your next invoice. If you pass several brackets in one billing period, each one is charged.
| Sales past | Up to | Overage fee |
|---|---|---|
| $20,000 | $30,000 | $70 |
| $30,000 | $50,000 | $60 |
| $50,000 | $75,000 | $100 |
| $75,000 | $100,000 | $100 |
| $100,000 | $150,000 | $100 |
| $150,000 and above | Each further bracket | $200 |
Brackets continue in $50,000 steps up to $1,000,000, then in $100,000 steps. Every bracket above $150,000 carries the same $200 fee.
Example: You're on the $20,000 Scale tier and process $35,000 in a billing period. You pass two brackets, so you're charged $70 for the sales past $20,000 and $60 for the sales past $30,000, for a total of $130.
Each fee appears on your invoice as its own line, for example "Overage fee for sales volume past $20,000 (up to $30,000)".
