What happens when sales exceed limits?
If you exceed your plan’s monthly sales limit, you won’t be automatically upgraded. Instead, an overage fee will apply.
Your sales limit resets each billing cycle and is based on your subscription date. For example, if you subscribed on the 20th, your limit runs from the 20th of one month to the 20th of the next.
We’ll always email you if any overage fees are charged or if there are changes to your subscription.
What are Launch and Grow overage fees?
The overage fee is calculated as the difference between your current plan’s monthly price and the next plan’s monthly price.
Example: If you’re on Launch ($29/month) and process $5,000 (above the $3,000 limit), you’ll be charged the difference between Launch and Grow:
$99 – $29 = $70
What are Scale overage fees?
Overage fees are charged in brackets, and each time you move into a higher bracket, the corresponding fee applies.
| Sales volume (USD) | Overage fee (USD) |
|---|---|
| $10,000 - $20,000 | $70 |
| $20,000 - $30,000 | $70 |
| $30,000 - $50,000 | $100 |
| $50,000 - $75,000 | $100 |
| $75,000 - $100,000 | $200 |
| $100,000 - $150,000 | $200 |
| $150,000+ | $200 per $50,000 |
