Track visitors with Tawk

How to integrate Tawk visitor tracking to monitor checkout page traffic and activity

What is Tawk?

Many sellers choose to use Tawk.to to better understand their customers and improve the conversion rate of their checkouts.

It is a great way to collect data about your customers' behavior and identify trends that would let you make data-driven decisions.

Tawk tracks visitors by placing a small script on your website that monitors user activity in real time. It captures details like the visitor's location, pages viewed, time spent on each page, and device type. This data appears in your Tawk dashboard, allowing you to see who's on your site, what they're doing, and when to engage them through live chat.
