Add and arrange link in bio blocks
Choose what your link in bio shows, and hide, schedule or reorder each block.
What are blocks?
Blocks are the items on your link in bio, shown in the order you set. Each block is one link, one section heading or one sign-up form.
Add a block
- Go to Link in bio → Edit.
- On the Blocks tab, click Add block.
- Choose a block type.
- Fill in its settings and click Add block.
- Click Publish changes. If you have not published your link in bio yet, click Publish.
A Customer portal block has no settings, so it is added as soon as you choose it.
Block types
- Checkout page: one of your checkout pages, like a membership or donations.
- Event: one event with its date and place.
- Form: one of your forms, like a volunteer sign-up.
- Upcoming events: your next published events, soonest first. New events show without any editing. Choose how many to show, from 1 to 20.
- Link: any other web address, like your website, a video or a playlist.
- Heading: starts a section, like Events, Memberships or Give.
- Email sign-up: a form where visitors leave their email address. See Collect email sign-ups with your link in bio.
- Customer portal: a button to your customer portal, where customers manage their purchases.
When events show
An event drops off your link in bio when it ends. If an event has no end time, it drops off at its start time.
Upcoming events lists only events that have a start date. It skips events that already have their own Event block higher up on the page. To show an event in its own block and keep it out of the list, place its Event block above Upcoming events.
Canceled and sold-out events stay on your link in bio, with a Canceled or Sold out label.
Choose how a block looks
Checkout page, Event, Form and Upcoming events blocks can show as a Button or as a Card with image. Change it under Show as. A Link block can show as a card once you add an image to it.
For Checkout page, Event and Form blocks, the title is optional. Leave it empty to use the title of the checkout page, event or form. Link and Heading blocks need a title.
Hide a block
Turn off the switch beside the block, then click Publish changes. The block stays in the editor, and visitors do not see it.
Show a block for a set time
- Open the block's menu and select Edit.
- Click Add a schedule.
- Set Show from, Show until, or both.
- Click Save block, then Publish changes.
Leave Show from empty to start now. Leave Show until empty to keep showing it. Times are in your computer's time zone.
Reorder and remove blocks
Drag a block to move it. To delete a block, open its menu and select Remove. Then click Publish changes.
