Stores (Workspaces)
How to use workspaces to manage multiple businesses, each with separate billing and data isolation
What are stores?
Stores (called Workspaces in Checkout Page) let you manage multiple businesses from one login, each with separate data and billing. This is useful for agencies, consultants, or multi-brand sellers.
Who can use Stores?
- Available on all plans
- Create unlimited Stores
- Manage all Stores from the same email address
How Stores work
- A Store represents one business, brand, or client
- Pages, products, customers, and payments live inside a Store
- Data is fully isolated between Stores
- Switch between Stores from the dashboard without logging out or changing accounts
- Pages, customers, and payments never mix between Stores
How do I create a new store?
- Open the Store switcher in the dashboard
- Click + Create new store
- Follow the setup steps to:
- Name your Store
- Add your branding
- Connect a Stripe account
Each new Store starts on its own plan and billing cycle, independent of your other Stores.
Billing & pricing
- Each Store is billed separately
- Plans and usage are calculated per Store
- Invoices are issued per Store, not per account
If you run multiple Stores, you may see multiple invoices — one for each Store.
How do I connect Stripe accounts?
Each Store connects to one Stripe account.
- Different Stores can connect to different Stripe accounts, or different stores can connect to the same Stripe account
- Funds are paid directly from Stripe to your connected bank account
- Checkout Page never moves funds between Stores
How do I invite users & transfer ownership?
- Invite teammates or clients to a Store
- Store ownership can be transferred at any time
- Transferring ownership does not affect pages, payments, or Stripe connections
Example: An agency creates a Store for a client, connects the client's Stripe account, invites the client, then transfers ownership once setup is complete.
Common use cases
1. Founders running multiple businesses
Manage multiple businesses or side projects from one email address. Each Store has its own Stripe account, plan, pages, and customers, making it easy to keep finances and reporting clean.
2. Separate brands, currencies, or legal entities
Use different Stores for different brands, currencies, or legal entities. Each Store connects to its own Stripe account, ensuring correct payouts, tax handling, and reporting.
3. Agencies managing multiple clients
Create a separate Store for each client, connect the client's Stripe account, and invite them to collaborate. This keeps payouts, billing, and data fully isolated while letting you manage everything from a single login.
