How to regenerate an invoice after it has been created or sent

What is invoice regeneration?

Regenerate an invoice after it has been created or sent to the customer. This is useful if you need to update invoice details or resend it.

When to regenerate an invoice

Invoices are not automatically updated after changes are made. Regenerate an invoice when you edit:

  • Customer name or email
  • Business name or email
  • Invoice bank details
  • Any other invoice details

Steps to regenerate

  1. Go to Orders and select Payments, Subscriptions, or Event bookings.
  2. Select the order in question.
  3. Go to the Invoices tab.
  4. Click Regenerate.
  5. Click Download to view the updated invoice.

The regenerated invoice is not automatically emailed to the customer. Send it to them manually.
