How to edit a subscription

What is a subscription?

Edit a subscription to change customer billing information, plan details, or other subscription terms.

Where are subscriptions edited?

Subscription details are edited in your Stripe account, not in Checkout Page. Changes made in Stripe do not update the subscription information in Checkout Page.

How to open a subscription in Stripe

1. Go to Orders → Subscriptions from the left-side menu.
2. Select the subscription you want to edit.
3. Click View in Stripe from the right-side menu.

From Stripe, you can update the subscription and customer details.
