What is a form page?
A form page collects information from customers without requiring a payment. Use it to capture leads, register guests, collect feedback, or deliver file downloads.
Form pages can be shared as a link, embedded on a website, or added to any stage of a sales funnel.
How to create a form
- Go to Pages → Create page → Form.
- Enter a title.
- Add form fields for the information you want to collect (e.g. name, email, company name).
Next steps
Once your form is created, continue to customize your form. When you're ready, click Share & embed to share your form.
