Multi-step forms

How to create multi-step forms by linking form pages together or organizing forms into sequential steps

What is a multi-step form?

A multi-step form breaks long forms into multiple sequential pages. Customers fill out one section at a time, improving completion rates and user experience.

How to link form pages

  1. Go to Pages and open the first form you want to edit.
  2. Go to After submission → Payment confirmation in the left-side menu.
  3. Select Next page.
  4. Search for and select the next form in the sequence.
  5. Click Save.
  6. Repeat for each form in the sequence.

How to pre-fill fields between forms

Fields with the same Reference value are automatically pre-filled in the next form.

  1. Open the first form and go to Fields.
  2. Click on a field to edit it (e.g. email address).
  3. Scroll down and click Additional settings.
  4. Copy the Reference value.
  5. Open the next form and click on the matching field.
  6. Scroll down, click Additional settings, and paste the same Reference value.
  7. Click Save.

Duplicating your first form as a starting point for the next form keeps field references identical and reduces errors.

How to test a multi-step form

  1. Open the first form and click Make test submission.
  2. Complete the fields and submit.
  3. Confirm the next form in the sequence is displayed.
  4. Check that pre-filled fields carry over correctly.
