Redirect to a URL

What is a redirect?

A redirect to URL sends customers to an external website after they complete payment or form submission. Enter any URL (your website, a thank you page, a login link) to customize the post-purchase experience.

How to set up a redirect

1. Go to Pages and open the page you want to edit.
2. Go to After payment → Payment confirmation (or After submission → Submission confirmation for forms).
3. Select Redirect to URL.
4. Enter the destination URL (must start with http:// or https://).
5. Click Save.
