Changing your yearly plan to monthly

How to change a yearly subscription plan to monthly, including eligibility requirements and timing restrictions

How it works

If you subscribed to a yearly plan and want to switch to monthly, the timing of your request determines when the switch takes effect.

Within 7 days of subscribing:

  • You receive a refund of the yearly payment minus one month's cost.
  • The monthly plan starts at the next month of your current billing period.
  • Example: Yearly plan started May 3. Request made May 4. Monthly plan starts June 3.

After 7 days of subscribing:

  • No refund is issued.
  • The monthly plan starts when the current yearly plan ends.
  • Example: Yearly plan started August 10. Request made September 25. Monthly plan starts August 10 the following year.
